Hey all !! Today I have another egg less baking
recipe :-) I am crazy about chocolates & love
anything with chocolate flavors.. Nothing can never
be too chocolaty for me :-) What I like
about this recipe is, wheat flour & bananas
are being used.. Really good for kids if they
don't like to eat bananas :-) Let's enjoy!!

Insert a toothpick & check if it comes out clear to make sure it is done.
Transfer the cake slowly without breaking.
Serve it with some frosting & sprinkles or as such.
Enjoy yummy & chocolaty brownies :-)
NOTE:
* Pls do not use raw bananas. Ripe bananas will make cake soft.
* I halved the recipe, so if u want larger quantity just double it.
* I used Olive oil, butter or vegetable oil can be used.
* All purpose flour can also be used instead of wheat flour.

PAD WOON SEN (STIR FRIED THAI GLASS NOODLES)

Hey all ! Wishing you & your family a
very happy & prosperous new year 2017 :-)
I am back with an interesting recipe !
Me & my hubby loves to try different
cuisines (as far as it is vegetarian) :-)
One of our favorite is "Thai" food.
"Pad" in thai means "Stir fry" &
"Woon sen" means "Glass noodles".
The best part about this noodles is,
it is made of soy bean :-)
Lets begin !!
PAD WOON SEN RECIPE:
Recipe: Oriental /Recipe category: Main Course
Prep time: 15 mins /Cook time : 20 mins
INGREDIENTS:
Green onions : 1 small (sliced)
Capsicum  : 1 small (sliced)
Carrot : 1 small (sliced)
Cabbage : 1/4 cup (sliced)
Spring onions : 1/4 cup (chopped)
Broccoli : 1 small head ( sliced)
Salt : As needed
Oil : As needed
Glass noodles : 1 pkt
Water : As needed
TO GRIND:
Lemon grass : 2 tblsp (chopped)
Dry red chilly : 4 pcs
Ginger : 2 tblsp (chopped)
Soy sauce : 2 tsp
METHOD:
1) Chop the lemon grass & ginger into small pcs.

2) Slice the veggies & chop the spring onions. Keep aside.

3) Now in a blender grind all the ingredients under "to grind"
into a smooth paste with water.
4) In a pan, heat 2 to 3 tblsp of oil & add the veggies once the oil is hot.
At this stage if you use garlic, please add 2 tsp of grated garlic before adding veggies.
5) Mean while, boil water with salt & 2 tsp of oil.
6) Now add the sauce mixture from step 3 to the veggies & mix well.
7) Stir fry the veggie for few mins.
8) The veggies has to cook but has to be firm & not soggy.
9) Now once the water boils, add the glass noodles to it.
10 ) Let it cook in low flame for 5 mins or till the noodles is done.
11) When we pull the noodles out, it should look like glass as shown below.
12 ) Transfer it to a strainer & remove excess water. Cut into pcs (optional).
13) Now mix the glass noodles to the stir fried veggies. Add spring onions & mix well.

Enjoy yummy & spicy "pad woon sen" :-)
NOTES:
* I used olive oil. Vegetable oil can be used.
* If use garlic at home, please use garlic. The original recipe had garlic.
* According to your level of spiciness add or remove dry red chilly.
*Pls do not cover & cook the veggies, it will become soggy.
* If you have a wok pan, pls use it as it will be good for stir fry.
* If you have tofu pls use it as well goes well with thai cuisine.
* Please do add salt to water while boiling the noodles itself.
