EGGLESS TUTTI FRUTTI BREAD (NO YEAST)

Hey all ! Here I am with another
easy & healthy baking recipe :-)
I used to love tutti frutti bread as a kid
and this recipe is almost the same as that..
Best part of the recipe is we use wheat flour :-)
 EGGLESS TUTTI FRUTTI BREAD:
Recipe cuisine: Indian / Recipe category: Dessert
Prep time: 15 mins / cook time: 35 mins
INGREDIENTS:
Banana (medium sized) : 2
Wheat flour / Atta : 1 cup
Tutti Frutti : 1/4 cup
Brown sugar : 1/2 cup
Oil / Unsalted butter : 1/4 cup
Baking soda : 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder : 1/2 tsp
vanilla essence : 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
Pre heat oven to 375 F or 180 deg C.
 In a bowl mash peeled bananas & add
oil / vanilla / sugar. Mix well.
Mix well Wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda
to the above banana mixture. Then add tutti frutti
and mix well again.

 

Grease a bread loaf pan with oil or butter.
Transfer the mixture & bake it for 30 to 35 mins.
Check around 25 mins as the oven power may vary.
            
Let it cool down for 15 to 20 mins. Slice & serve it with
butter or as such.

NOTES:
* Instead of wheat flour, maida can be used.
* Pls mix till sugar dissolves completely.
* Pls use ripe bananas for best results.
* Instead of tutti frutti, dry fruits or cherry can be used.
* I used Olive oil. Vegetable oil or butter can be used.
